Relating isokinetic papers increased year by year, with the development of isokinetic test method and isokinetic training, but most participants were ordinary person. In practice of sports training, most researchers paid more attention to the low limbs, especially studied the knee joint. And research of other joints was relatively less. For throwers, especially javelin throwers, there is very fewer comprehensive research of every main joint muscular strength situation. In order to offer the basis for athlete's scientific training of javelin throwers better, the author has carried on research to the relevant muscles mechanics characteristic of the above- second -class javelin athlete's main joint. The 20 test participants of this research were above- second -class javelin athlete's studied in Physical education college of Hebei normal university. Mean age = 21.22years, SD = 2.01 years mean height= 178.40cm, SD= 4.03 cm, mean weight = 76.30kg, SD= 6.02kg. all participants were engaged in the specific training of javelin throw for more than three years, their mean achievement =54.21m, SD= 3.14m.The main method adopted in this research was isokinetic test. Using FAST-TWITCH isokinetic test system made in KEYLINK of Australia, the author tested the characteristic of shoulder, elbow, and hip joint by means of concentric contraction. According to the demands of the javelin throw and prediction experiment, the speed of 60°/s and 120°/s were set on shoulder joints, 60°/s å'Œ 180° were set as the speed of elbow joint and hip joint. The participants were demanded to repeat 6 exerting in the test, between groups have 5 minutes rest. Results: In the angular speed of 60° /s for javelin thrower's shoulder joint, the average flexion peak torque was 85. 89 N, and its extension peak torque was 111. 44N. the strength of extensor group is greater than that of flexion group, there are certain differences among individuals. Thepeak torque of extensor group is 140 N.m, and the minimum peak torque is 76 N.m. At the angular speed of 120 °/s, it is 83 N · m to flexion group's average peak torque, the average of peak torque of extensor is 98. 11 N · m. The fast strength of extensor group is greater than that of strength of flexion group, differing greatly among the individuals.According to relative peak torque tested, when the angular speed was 60°/s for shoulder joint, its flexion relative peak torque wasl.l3 N · m/kg, the extensor relative peak torque is 1. 47 N · m/kg. When the angular speed was at 120°/s, its flexion relative peak torque was1.10 N · m/kg, the extensor relative peak torque was 1.29 N · m/kg. Under two kinds of speeds, are all that relative peak torque of extensor group are greater than that of flexion group. The shoulder joint's FT/ET was 0. 77+ 0.18 at angular speed of 60 °/s, and under speed of 120°/s, it was 0. 89+ 0. 21. For participants, the shoulder joint's FT/ET have trend of increasing with the enhancing of testing speed. At speed of 60° /s concentration, the peak torque of elbow's flexion group was55.67 N·m. and the its extension peak torque was 62.33 N·m. Relative flexion peak torque of athlete's elbow joint was 0.73 N · m/kg, and its relative extension peak torque was 0.82 N · m/kg. under the speed of 180° /s concentration, FPT was 42.00N ·m, EPT was 52.22N ·m, RFPT was 0.55 N ·m/kg , REPT 0.69 N ·m/kg. Under the same angular speed, extensor peak torque and relative peak torque are greater than that of flexion group, differ greatly among the individuals.Elbow joint's FT/ET was 0.91 at 60° /s , and it was 0.82 at 180° /s, having the tendency to reduce. By analyzing elbow joint's FPT and EPT, FPT decreased 12 N · m, EPT decreased 10 N · m. Because the decreasing speed of elbow joint is greater than the extensor decreasing speed, the FP/EP have downward trend. In regard of hip joint, the FPT was 325.22 N · m Under 60° /s and...
