ObjectiveShoulder strength of the current study is limited to the article on the muscles of the shoulder flexion and extension.and the general sports or activities of daily living, Flexion, extension, rotation activities conducted in a certain abduction angles.Activity patterns of shoulder rotation muscles in different Abduction angles are not very clear.MethodSwitzerland's CON-TREX Company production isokinetic testing and training system and Germany Biovision movement of electrical test analysis system were using to analyze the strength of Shoulder major muscles in abduction angle 0°,45°,90°, respectively angular velocity of 60~0/ s,120~0/ s,180~0/ s and 240~0/ s during isokinetic concentric exercise, and the angular velocity of 60~0/ s,120~0/ s during isokinetic eccentric exercise. And study the surface EMG characteristics of the pars clavicularis and spinata of deltoideus.Conclusions:1.During isokinetic concentric exercise, with the angular velocity increasing peak torque and the power decreases, average power increases. In Abduction 45°internal rotation relative peak torque of internal rotation is higher than other two kinds of testing posture; In Abduction 90°muscle relative peak torque of external rotation is higher than the other two kinds of testing Posture(except 240°/ s).2.During isokinetic eccentric exercise, with the angular velocity increasing the peak torque and the power of shoulder internal rotation, external rotation muscle decreases. In abduction 0°Peak torque and relative peak torque of internal rotation were lower than the other two kinds of testing posture, peak torque and relative peak torque of external rotation is higher than the other two kinds of testing position.3.peak torque of internal rotation ECC / external rotation CON,external rotation ECC / internal rotation CON,the two indicators to are key parameters to assess balance of shoulder rotation, provided a valuable reference for future research.4.During isokinetic concentric exercise,iEMG and peak torque and the total work between a moderate or high degree of correlation,Tip of IEMG evaluation of muscle strength very promising.
