Strength training has been the core issue of sports training, strengthtraining is good or bad largely determines the quality of the athletes and theoutcome of the game, containing the explosive strength training, relative strength,maximum strength, reaction forces, etc., and thus corresponding method also hasmany different forces. Hurdler only requires speed, agility, flexibility, coordinationand strength quality, safety and requires minimal time spans10hurdle. So, strengthtraining is one of the most important hurdles training aspects. Vibration musclestrength training is the greatest force for good and explosive effects of strengthtraining method, which plays an important role in strength training. Understand andlearn the latest international strength training theory and techniques, the use ofvibration theory and methods of strength training can be very good with traditionalstrength training mode, play to consolidate and strengthen the role of the effect ofstrength training. In our study, the Sichuan Provincial Sports Technical Collegehurdler for the study. Made of Germany JET VIBE (ETS-900N mode) vibrationstrength training sets for athletes eight weeks of training experiments usingISOMED2000isokinetic dynamometer to test the effect of strength trainingsystems and analysis.Through eight weeks of training experiment, Sichuan hurdler hip, knee, anklemuscle strength has greatly improved, which is mainly reflected in the experimentalhip, knee, ankle peak torque relative peak torque, total work done and the maximumamount of power have been significantly improved compared to the previousexperiment, but the growth rate of the experimental group than the control group.This shows that the vibration strength training better than traditional strengthtraining.Stimulatingeffectsofvibrationtrainingmaybeduetochangesinmusclestrength,firstvibrationstimulationcanincreasetheresistanceoftheloadsthatmoremusclefibers areinvolvedin themovementtoincreasethestrengthofmusclecontraction,followedmayalsoenhancemusclefibersarerecruiteddischargecapacityanddischargefrequencytoimprovemuscleexcitability,musclecontractionstrengthenhancingfinallyraisedmusclevibratiostimulationcanchangethesizeofthemusclefibersinprinciple,manyofthelargercellsizewillbethefirstofthemusclefibersarerecruited,varyingtheratioofmuscletoraisethefrequencyofvibrationdifferentchanges,therebyeffectively guaranteethe strength ofmuscle contractionWe design training programs to consider the relationship between goodvolume andintensity, according to the characteristics of the project design targeted trainingmeans and methods, through eight weeks of training, the athletes of the hip, knee,ankle flexor, extensor group are have increased significantly, indicating that ourtraining program is more rigorous and scientific.The experiment is only for changing the frequency of vibration stimulationcomparative experiment to look to understand the relationship between changes inthe vibration frequency and strength, and hope in the future for experimentalresearch in these areas has a certain reference value.
