Objective:With the world’s aging population growing, the incidence of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) has been increasing year by year, the age has been the primary influence factors of Alzheimer Disease (AD), but in recent years, some scholars found that the prevalence of Alzheimer’s Disease in women is far higher than men,and had relation with hormone level disorder in perimenopausal women that ovarian function decline caused by the hypothalamus pituitary ovary axial (hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis, HPOA).Analying menopause and alzheimer disease (AD),consistent with the onset of menopause syndrome in time, the AD has a long incubation period that generally for several years, even decades.San yin jiao (SP6) is the crossing point of three yin meridians of foot, is on the Spleen Foot-Taiyin, it is used to treat gynaecology disease, is also to perimenbpausal syndrome in the clinical. Experimental study shows that the EA-Sanyinjiao has effective result in HPO axis hormone levels of The menopausal transition animal model. So revealing the influence and mechanism of EA-sanyinjiao in AD is the premise condition which observing EA-Sanyinjiao have benign adjustment effect in HPO axis of the female dementia model mice.To select 9-month-old SAMP8 female mice with menopausal syndrome and AD pathology characteristics SAMP8 female mice as experimental object,By EA-Sanyinjiao to observe if has positive improvment in disordered hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis (HPO)..Methods:Selecting 9-month-old SAMP8 16 female mice were randomly divided into model group and EA group and 8 in each group.8 SAMR1 mouse were chosen as the control group. Using Morris water maze navigation experimental comparison incubation period of the model group and blank control group differences.The mouse of EA group were suffered both sides of Sanyinjiao electro-acupuncture stimulation. The stimulation lasted 20 minutes for every other day. We selected 6 subjects randomly in each group. We measured hypothalamic gonadotropin hormone-releasing hormone (GnRH), pituitary follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and ovarian estradiol (E2) content on SAMP8 female mouse by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. SPSS statistical software was applied to analyze statistic.Results:1.common situation1) mental situation:The blank control group mice were in high spirit and quick while they were awake.Depression dull face, unresponsive, decreased activity were in model group mice; The EA group were better than model group.2) fur color:The blank control group were white and bright fur. The model groups were yellow, even grey fur, and have different degree of hair removal. The EA group were yellow luster, also had hair removal, but later depilation.3) stool quality:The blank control group were well. The model group were hard. The EA group were soft.2.Morris water maze testFrom the first day to fifth day, Escape latency period model group were higher than the blank control group, and there was significant difference (P<0.01)。 3. HPOA1) Compared with the control group, model group E2 levels were significantly lower (P <0.05), FSH, LH, GnRH were significantly increased (P<0.05), ovary weight decreased significantly (P<0.01).2) Compared with the model group, EA group E2 levels were significantly increased (P <0.05), FSH, LH, GnRH were significantly reduced (P<0.05), ovarian weight was significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The result of morris water maze test prompt model successful, EA-Sanyinjiao can alleviate SAMP8 female mice some symptoms,such as depression, sluggish performance, hair colour and lustre, stool quality and growth situation.2.EA Sanyinjiao may increase SAMP8 female weight and ovarian estrogen levels of mouse ovaries, inhibit the hypothalamus and pituitary hormone secretion hyperthyroidism; play a positive regulatory role in HPO axis function of the female SAMP8 mouse.
