Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Community Acquired Bacterial Pneumonia With Diabetes And

Purpose:Toobservetheclinical efficacy of Chinese medicine rubbed plus radiofrequen cy(RF) electrotherapy combined oral ointment party treatment of community-acquiredba cterial pneumonia(syndrome of sputum heatobstruct lung),which gain influence pneum onia main symptoms, signs and other indicators,to study the clinicalvalue by curing thi s diseasethe inside and outside at the same time.Material and method:The 68 patients who satisfied the inclusion and exclusio n criteria,according to case record numbers randomly divided into two groups(control group and treatment group), 34 patients in each group.Two groups used the randomize d parallel controlled method,the control group with western conventional anti-infective, expectorant treatment.The treatment group combined the western medicine conventiona l therapy and external use Chinese medicine rubbed plus RF electrotherapy, oral court in homemade cream party.The treatment lasted 10 days.By observing two groups of p atients’ s symptoms, signs of change before and after treatment, comparing of blood le ukocyte count and chest X-ray changes,comprehensive comparison of the clinical effica cy of disease, TCM syndrome effect before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this method for the treatment of community-acquired bacterial pneumonia.Results: 1.Comparison of the two groups of patients in the clinicalefficacy and TCM syndrome s inefficacy(P<0.05), indicating that there wassignificant difference, the treatment gr oup is better than the control group.2. Two groups of patients for each symptom was not significant(P>0.05) before treat ment. Two groups was not significant(P>0.05) in wheezing, shortness of breath, cons tipation and thirst aspects of post-treatment. After treatment, patients’ s cough, sputum,f ever,and moist rales respects there was significant difference(P<0.05), thetreatment gr oup than the control group.3. Comparison of 3 times white blood cell results of the two groups of patients at pr e-treatment,after treatment and the fifth day. The two groups of patients that there was significant difference(P<0.05) before and after treatment, the control group and the treatment group compared with the fifth day and the tenth day are statistical differenc e(P<0.05).The treatment group than the control group.4. After the treatment, the two groups of patients in the chest X-ray changes(P<0.05), there was significant difference explained the treatment group improved the chest X-ray was better than the control group.Conclusions:Through the analysis of experimental data,external use Chinese medicin e rubbed plus radiofrequency electrotherapy united ointment oral treatment of commu nity-acquired bacterial pneumonia,compared with the single use of conventional Weste rn medicine treatment effect is obvious in terms of symptoms, signs and chest X-ray changes.The method of inside and outside at the same time in the treatment of comm unity-acquired pneumonia(syndrome of sputum heatobstruct lung) obtained in signific ant clinical efficacy.
