| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-invented mulberry Decoction for treating community acquired pneumonia(CAP)in elderly,and to use network phar macology to investigate the potential targets and mechanisms of action of self-invented mulberry Decoction for treating community acquired pneumonia in elderly.Methods1:A total of 72 cases of patients with community-acquired bacterial pneumonia were collected clinically at the hospital affiliated with YNUTCM.Oxygen therapy,nutrition management,active treatment of primary disease,correction of acidosis and alkalosis,anti-infection,etc.;The difference between the treatment and control groups was mainly in the addition of mulberry bark soup,a Chinese medicine application,in the treatment group,and the general treatment cycle was 10 days.The ther apeutic indicators were observed,such as:PCT,hs-CRP,WBC,IL-6,IL-17,bactericidal drug use time,TCM symptom score(including cough,expectoration,chest pain,fever,thirst,constipation,red urine),safety indicators,sputum culture to identify drug sensitivity,stool routine),clinical effective rate and adverse reactions.Methods2:By searching the relevant components of Sangpi decoction in TCMSP,By screening OB greater than 30% and DL greater than 0.18,We analyzed the composition of the drugs that we used.Uniprot software is used to match data and names,and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software to draw the relevant images.The associated targets of community-acquired pneumonia were searched in Drug Bank,TTD,etc.,Remove the duplicate data and take the associated features from the association worth to the common features.Cytoscape 3.9.1 was used to screen the degree values and obtain the core targets.Create a new network based on the data provided by String,use the plug-in to retain and exclude the required data,and then filter it,and analysis were performed by Metascape website and Wechangxin website.Results:(1)We found that the results of the patients’ treatment group and control group,that is,the efficiency rate,were different through some rigorous clinical view,the treatment group was 96.67%,which reached a very high and ideal treatment status,and the control group was 85.69%,which was not as high as the patients in the treatment group,and the clinical data of the two groups we also went through the data calculation that is,the test,and we found that in In terms of statistical statement,he is different,that is,the patients in the treatment group got a good cure and remission of the disease.So,some of the patients in the treatment group,by taking the mulberry peel soup with the adjunctive treatment of western medicine that we provided,are trustworthy in terms of treating bacterial community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly.And after the medication we provided,there was a difference in the Chinese medicine efficacy scores between the control and treatment group patients(P<0.01),that means,the scores of the treatment group patients im proved.Despite the ideal results in the treatment group,some evaluations such as serum tests also decreased in the control group,but the scores decreased a little more in the treatment group(P<0.01),and the clinical efficacy was well in line with our expectations.Other aspects,such as lung fever,cough and other aspects of pain symptoms were also relieved,and the relief was faster and shorter.This shows that our treatment plan,that is,the addition of Chinese medicine treatment with mul berry skin soup,makes the original pure Western medicine treatment no longer single and slow and ineffective,it is very effective.(2)A total of 206 active components were obtained by searching the main components of Sangpi decoction in the TCMSP database.A total of 245 drug targets were obtained after standardizing the protein names of these related components.Using CAP or community acquired pneumonia to search in the above four disease databases,a total of 2265 related disease,Removing those duplicates and cross-correlations,we obtained data for 164 points.Cytoscape3.9.1 software,Metascape website and wechat website were used for calculation,the associated path is fetched.Conclusion(1)This clinical study proved that after 10 days of treatment with Sangpi decoction combined with antibiotics,patients’ comments from the Chinese medicine side are very good,and its symptom relief time and antibiotic use time were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The related inflammatory indexes of PCT,CRP,WBC,IL-6,IL-17 in the blood were significantly improved,and this shows that we add the Chinese medicine of mulberry bark soup to the Western medicine therapy is very useful to cure the disease,because it can inhibit the effect of the great rejection reaction when the body is infected by viral bacteria,that is,the inflammatory reaction,treating patients with Western medicine therapy alone is very slow and the results of clinical treatment are not satisfactory enough.(2)Through our clinical research,we found that the combination of Western medical treatment with the patient taking Chinese medicine’s mulberry skin soup is useful for the treatment of pneumonia.Mainly through TP53,RXRA,TNF,AKT1,MAPK3,CYP1A1,MAPK1,RELA,IL-6,and other targets,as well as Human cytomegalovirus infection,Hepatitis B,IL-17 signaling pathway,Multiple signaling pathways such as Influenza A,Apoptosis,Th17 cell differentiation,Description,Coronavirus disease-COVID-19 these pathways are realized. |
