One group 40 cases in treatment group and 40 cases. Using basic medicine treatment group with acupuncture treatment applied TieGao angina treated by western medicine, acupuncture and medical vaseline foundation treatment applied for a period, two weeks. One after the observation, the clinical symptoms, nitroglycerin consumption and electrocardiogram, the changes of blood.Results:1. The treatment group and control group in the chest, bosom frowsty, palpitations, shortness of breath, languid is treated before, and improved treatment group was better than control effect, with significant differences between the two groups.2 The treatment group total efficiency for 85%, angina treated group nitroglycerin stop reduction rate of 95%, the total effective rate in treatment group was 90%, electrocardiogram was significant difference compared with the control group (P < 0.05), the curative effect in treatment group than in control group.3 After the treatment group therapy and TG TC, hdl-c, LDL - C with significant difference compared before treatment (P < 0.05), there are significant differences between the groups compared (P < 0.05).Conclusion:TieGao angina acupuncture treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) applied stable angina, and has the efficacy is obvious reducingTC,TG,LDL-Cand increase the lipid HDL-C effect, can reduce the risk factors for coronary artery disease, safe and reliable, simple and convenient method.
