This paper concentrates on the status of rusheng tone of Yangzhou,Yancheng and Nnjing by the method of experiment.It includes studying the pitch and duration of rusheng tone on the mono-syllable intonation systems, the pitch and duration of rusheng combined with different tones in the different positions on the bi-syllable.And also it includes studying on phonation types.The comparative study of three dialects pitch found that the rusheng are made of high notes, zero arch in the paper. The comparative study of the rusheng duration of three dialects found that also the shortest but prolongation long is seen in two of the Nanjing dialect, while no prolongation is seen in Yancheng and Yangzhou dialect.Comparative study of double-word pitch of three dialects found that, when combined with not rusheng, changes to rusheng are smaller and mainly in the voice register characteristics, and changes in young people are more than old people in the paper. In the "ru+ru" combination, whether it is in the front or in the back, complex changes are seen in both the voice register and arches. The comparative study of double-word of three dialects found that no prolongation of rusheng before the word is seen in all the three dialects, while in the case of rusheng behind the word, prolongation is seen in four of the Nanjing subjects, two of the Yancheng subjects and three of the Yangzhou subjects.
