Economic Globalization is not only the main process of globalization, but alsomotivation of it. Nowadays, the comprehensive national strength is increasing.Besides the economic promoting, the culture is also increasingly being recognized.Culture is the important source of National Cohesion and Creativity. It becomes theimportant factor of competition in overall national strength. A prosperous socialculture is beneficial to the states and enterprises in this competitive global market.This paper based on analysis of the construction in China’s overseas is from thePerspectives of soft power of culture.Cultural soft power is a typical Chinese concept, which to some extent isaffected by the concept of soft power in the Western context.In this paper, it analyzes and discusses contemporary Chinese cultural soft power,using dialectical materialism and historical materialism, literature, comprehensiveinduction and analysis, as well as multi-disciplinary research methods. Discussion onthe main contents of this article includes the following four parts: First is introduction,explains the significance of the Present study of contemporary Chinese cultural softpower, the status of study of the subject at home and abroad, research ideas andmethods, focus, difficulties and innovation. Second is discussion on China’sincreasingly focusing on enhancing soft power; Third is the strategies of ChinaState-Owned Companies in economic and cultural exchanges; Four is analysis ofFunction and Significance of construction of China’s cultural soft power.
