The Tribe Leiochrinini Lewis,1894belongs to the family Tenebrionidae of the order Coleoptera. Untilnow, it has276species belonging to11genera in the world, of which60species are in China. Most of thespecies are distributed in Oriental Region. The known chinese species occur in the areas from the line ofQingling mountains and Huai River southward. This thesis presents the first systematic study on the speciesof the tribe Leiochrinini from China, and comprises the general account and the systematic account.58illustrations and38photos are appended to it.In the general account, the research history of Leiochrinini at home and abroad, the morphologicalcharacteristics, and so on are introduced. In the classificatory account,60species in6genera from Chinaare described in detail according to the taxonomy by Kaszab (1961).8new species and4new recorded species from China were found during my study on this tribe. Allare listed as follows:New species: Derispia antennata sp. nov.; D. hainanana Yang et Ren,2011; Leiochrinus bimaculatussp. nov.; L. clypeus sp. nov.; L. exsertus sp. nov.; L. fasciatus sp. nov.; L. flavibrunnus sp. nov.; L. vittatussp. nov..New records from China: Crypsis speciosissimus Kaszab,1946; Derispia diversen-otatoides Kaszab,1980; Leiochrinus lutescens Westwood,1883; L. nilgirianus Kaszab,1946.The type specimens and the specimens of the new record are deposited in the Hebei UniversityMuseum.
