A Study On The Management And Control Of Enterprise Online Public Opinion Based On System Dynamics

With the development of Internet technology and intelligent mobile phone, the Internet has been deep into people’s lives. Internet has been the place where people express themselves for it has the characteristics of convenience, rapid propagation and freedom of speech. Therefore, the Internet has become an important way for enterprise to collect related information. Public opinion events related to enterprises happened frequently in recent years, and most of the events spread through the internet. However, most of the enterprises cannot handle such problems properly, which irritated the public and led to a more serious situation. And finally it brought great negative impact to the enterprise. One of the causes of such things is that the enterprise attempted to escape responsibility by keeping silence. On the other hand, there aren’t any theoretical bases and practical experience to guide the enterprises. Therefore, it is very necessary to study this issue.Enterprise online public opinion is affected by many factors. Therefore, systematic analysis is needed in studying the development of the enterprise online public opinion. This paper use the system method to research the management and control of enterprise online public opinion, and analysis the influence of each factor according to a typical case. First of all, study and summarize the research status of online public opinion and system dynamics. Second, analyze the evolution process of enterprise online public opinion to find out the key influencing factors. Third, set the boundary and the internal structure of enterprise online public opinion management and control simulation system, thus establish enterprise network public opinion management and control simulation system, and then analyze the influence of each factor. Finally, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the results of the simulation analysis.
