With the rapid development of the coal industry recently, the sake for coal is increasingrapidly.Coal mine belt conveyor is becoming essential equipment. The power consumption incoal production costs also had a high proportion. Conveyor conveying materials generallyconstant speed.but the imbalance of coal mining has caused conveyors light load operation,low motor efficiency&power consumption, increasing the production costs. Therefore, thestudy of adaptive frequency conveyor control system is extremely important to economic andsocial value.According to Xu Kuang Group’s main transportation system, we start from the imbalanceof coal production, studied the relationship between coal belt conveyor belt speed and energybetween the conveyor. Combined with frequency control technology, integrated mineautomation technology, intelligent control theory, study and solve the energy saving issuessuch as the amount of coal mine main transportation system changes caused by fluctuations inthe design of the nuclear scale coal flow automatically detects inverter drive system that usesadaptive fuzzy control theory saving conveyor control system.The control system called AB, which is56series of PLC as the control center. theestablishment of energy-BP neural network model of coal conveyor flow, speed, powerconsumption, according to the site between the data and the use of genetic algorithms tooptimize the parameters of the model to obtain coal. The coal flows most have matchingrelation between figure and speed. Finally they can be used of fuzzy control for automaticenergy-saving control. The Mine has been in operation GuoJiahe. The result showed that: thecontrol system response speed.high precision control、 safe、 reliable and energy efficient,making the requirements of the basic design, with good promotion in prospects.
