As a mature high-tech product,frequency converter has been widely used in the main production links of coal mine and plays an important role.Most of'the underground main transportation systems in coal mines in China are transported by belt conveyor.With the increase of transportation distance and the amount of coal transported,the installed power of belt conveyor also increases.Therefore,it has become the mainstream trend to adopt frequency conversion drive technology in downhole belt conveyor,which can give full play to the characteristics of frequency conversion drive device,such as high operating rate,high reliability,low failure rate,energy saving and consumption reduction,etc.At the same time,it also solves the problem that the belt speed can not be adjusted under other driving modes of belt conveyor.Aiming at the transportation system of main inclined shaft belt conveyor in Shaanxi Guojiahe Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,combined with mine integrated automation platform,PLC control technology and frequency conversion speed regulation control technology,this paper studies the imbalance of coal mine production.The problem of power loss caused by different time is studied,that is,the relationship between the change of coal transportation quantity and the belt speed and electric electromechanical energy loss of belt conveyor due to different production time of mining production system in mine main inclined shaft belt conveyor.Based on the above foundation,a control system with automatic identification of coal quantity and automatic operation of PLC energy saving control for Guojiahe coal mine production system is designed to improve the belt transportation of main inclined shaft.The control accuracy and energy saving effect of feeder make full use of the stability,reliability,safety and remarkable energy saving advantages of frequency conversion speed regulation energy saving control technology.The control system is based on PLC of Rockwell Company of the United States and Toshiba Mitsubishi MVG-2000/10/6k high voltage variable frequency speed regulation device as hardware.According to the measured data in the field,the coal quantity of belt conveyor is established.The matching relationship between belt speed and energy consumption realizes the automatic energy saving control of mine main transportation belt conveyor.The variable frequency speed regulation and energy saving control technology has achieved good application effect in the main transportation belt conveyor of Guojiahe Coal Mine,that is,it solves the actual demand of the belt speed of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor according to the coal quantity.It not only improves the accuracy of real-time control of the system,but also effectively reduces the accuracy of the system.The power consumption of enterprises,to achieve the purpose of energy-saving consumption,reduce the production costs of enterprises.At the same time,with the tightening of the national environmental protection policy in recent years,various industries have vigorously promoted energy conservation and emission reduction.The content of this paper is closely in line with the development direction of the country and in line with the guidance of the environmental protection policy.It has high economic significance and far-reaching social impact.
