This paper takes Zhengdong New District,Zhengzhou City,Henan Province as an example to study the construction waste disposal plan and resource countermeasures in Zhengdong New District.Through investigation and research,it is found that the construction waste production in Zhengdong New District is large and the composition is complex.The management of construction waste is not in place,the disposal method is simple,and the resource utilization is insufficient.It has seriously affected the urban construction and ecological stability,which causes the current situation.The main reason for this situation is that the relevant departments in Zhengdong New Area lack strict management of construction waste,and the corresponding regulatory mechanism and corresponding countermeasures.The legal system is not perfect,the level of construction waste recycling is low,and it is difficult for resource-based enterprises to maintain normal operation without strong policy support.Through comparative analysis method,the paper studies domestic and foreign construction waste management and resource utilization methods and technologies,combines case studies,learns advanced experience and technology,introduces advanced equipment,and explores effective ways of construction waste management in Zhengdong New District;through qualitative and quantitative The combination of analytical methods,learning "Xuchang experience",from the perspective of construction waste management,resource utilization,industrialization and other development,proposed improvements to Zhengdong New District construction waste disposal and resource utilization.The first is to strengthen the classification of construction waste sources,formulate targeted laws and regulations,establish legal basis,and promote the orderly development of construction waste management and resource utilization;The second is to increase government policy support,tax incentives,loan interestsubsidies,etc.,strengthen the construction of hardware facilities,promote the industrialization of construction waste resources,form industrial zones,and promote the application of construction waste resources in the construction of "beautiful villages" in Zhengzhou City;Thirdly,relying on the scientific and technological resources of Longzihu University Park,setting up special projects or research projects,strengthening scientific research,establishing and perfecting technical standards and usage norms suitable for the resource utilization of construction waste in Zhengdong New Area,and promoting their application;The fourth is to use the advantage of “Internet +” to establish a comprehensive big data supervision platform to realize the interconnection and management of construction waste disposal and resource utilization,and optimize management;The fifth is to strengthen the publicity and education of construction waste knowledge,give play to the advantages of news,network and other media,rely on the development of social practice activities in colleges and universities,deepen the public's understanding of the disposal and recycling of construction waste,and promote the use of construction waste recycling products.This paper also tests the mechanical properties of construction waste aggregate concrete and finds that the water-to-binder ratio is still the main factor affecting the strength of construction waste aggregate concrete.When the water-to-binder ratio is0.45,the compressive strength of fully reclaimed construction waste aggregate concrete can It reaches 20 MPa.The amount of recycled coarse aggregate will affect the strength of the concrete.When the concrete coarse aggregate is entirely made of construction waste aggregate,and the fine aggregate still uses natural aggregate,the compressive strength of the concrete can still reach 20 MPa.This compressive strength is under construction.It is often used in ordinary civil buildings.When the water-to-binder ratio is 0.55,the compressive strength of the fully reclaimed construction waste aggregate concrete can reach 15 MPa.This compressive strength concrete is suitable for road base concrete.
