With the developing of green economy and recycling economy in China,the resource utilization of the reconstruction waste stacked in the suburb will help solve the pollution problem and the recycling of construction waste.The separation of light and heavy materials is the most important technology that affects the quality of regenerating aggregate from construction waste.Therefore,the investigation of the equipment for seperating construction waste is of great importance.After pre-sorting,crushing,screening and other treatment of construction waste,it is inevitable to mix various materials.It is urgent that the light is isolated from the heavy in the construct waste for the resource of the construction waste.The size,density and shape of the particles in the mixture of construction waste is different.It is difficult to separate the light particles from the heavy ones in the mixture of the construction waste by the troditional methods.Compared to the traditional manual sorting method,the air separation equipment is not limited by the material characteristics and environment,which is widely applicable with the advantages of practicality and high efficiency.A kind of air separation equipment was investegated in this paper.The main work includes the following aspects:The Euler's Method of fluid motion was used to analyze the air separation equipment.A model of air separation equipment with inclined airflow was established,and the internal flow field of the air separation equipment was analyzed with FLUENT16.0.The separation chamber,fan system,feed belt conveyor,settlement chamber,dust removal system,discharge belt conveyor and other structures of construct waste recycling air separation equipment are designed,and the parameters of key components of the air separation equipment are designed and calculated.The material and process of the air selecting equipment prototype were determined.The design,manufacture and assembly of the air separation equipment prototype were carried out.Finally,the air separation equipment prototype was tested.Separting test was operated with the air separation equipment prototype.The influence of wind speed and air volume on the separation effect of the construction waste was analyzed.The path of construction waste particles with different density,particle size and shape in the flow field was analyzed.The influence these factors on the separation result was also discussed.The effectiveness of air-separation equipment in the separating light and heavy materials is verified.The air separation equipment investigated in this paper is useful to improve the quality of recycled concrete aggregate,expand the application range of renewable resources and reduce the exploitation of natural mining resources for the country.It is important to protect the environment in our country.This investigation is helpful to guiding the design of air separation equipment and promote the development of separation equipment for construction waste recycling.
