Commissioned by Qixia Zhenhua Industrial company, in order to solve theproblem of all manual production process in gas mantles, designed a long flexiblecylinder gas mantles ribbon automotive production line consists of dyeing machine,binding machine and conveying shearing machine, analyzed the dynamiccharacteristics of the production line and the mechanical properties of aluminum wireIn the binding process in theory, completed the assembly, commissioning and trialproduction of the mantle automatic dyeing-tying production line prototype.Determined the overall design scheme and designed the mechanical system, thedrive system and control system of the production line. Through the dynamic modelingand the simulation of the motion characteristics of the tying-dyeing machine optimizedthe structure. A series of experimental analysis was performed for the contractileproperties of flexible mantle ribbon, the friction between ribbon and agencies and therelationship between mantle-elongation and load outside. Also, a mantle responsemodel of the hit moment between the cylinder and the limit bolt was established. Themotion compatibleness of the production line was analyzed in considering of shrinkagecharacteristics to ensure the continuous stability in the processing of production ofmantle tying and dyeing under the premise of optimal processing efficiency.A finite element analysis for nonlinear large deflection deformation process andmechanical properties of the aluminum wire during the process of straightening,curving, folding and nail-bending was performed. Meanwhile, a theoretical simulationanalysis for the strength of mantle in the high temperature and high pressure burningenvironment was made to verify the feasibility of the tied scheme.Completed the production line parts processing, procurement, assembly anddebugging, designed the control system consists of a relay and single chipmicrocomputer, though the logical analysis and computer programming, realizedautomatic processing of the production line. In view of the irregular changes of thedyeing and binding position in the trial production, set the ribbon pressing and ribbonfeeding tension stabilizing device in the middle of the cutting-tying machine to makethe production line running more stable. In the end, the mantle dyeing-tying successrate reaches the level of97%.
