| With the improved quality of life, people have a higher demand on living environment. we all know that renovation and decoration can not separate from nails ,and the demand is growing, also more and more varieties are required. In these varieties, the row nail is loved by people ,for its easy to use and nice to look. The huge market demand makes more and more enterprises produce nails, the competition among them is more and more fierce. After analysis, people know that only modifying the row nail machine, increasing the production of nails and reducing production costs can help companies reach an invincible position.By studying a company’s existing F-nail machine’s body structure and work process, we found the factors that reduce the life of machine body and production rate. These factors exist in mechanical system, hydraulic system and electrical system of row nail machine. Therefore, this article uses mechanical system, hydraulic system and electrical system as research objects, uses three-dimensional mapping software UGNX and finite element analysis software ANSYS to transform mechanical system and do finite element analysis, alleviates the problem of stress concentration and makes the connection between every parts more rationable. By means of re-calculating the hydraulic system, designing hydraulic schematic and re-selecting solenoid valve,hydraulic cylinder and other hydraulic components that make the hydraulic system adapt to the requirements of the new production rate .We use Mitsubishi PLC programming software GX Developer and PLC simulation software GX Simulator design the PLC program and also select the proximity switches, feeders and other electrical components.Finally,We make the row nail machine achieve the goal of extending the body life, easily installing and justing every part and reaching the production speed 150piece/min. |
