Yuelu District Pingtang-Yuchangping Ping Road existing roads county roadsX079line from Yuelu District Yuchangping Town and county roads X080linesintersect, and finally Yuelu District Hanpu. Along the West line of the basic-Lotustrending across town, passing through the village of Paulownia, Lotus community,five Village and other towns and villages, is about28Km, roadbed width of7meters,the design speed of40km/h, cement concrete pavement. Old general terrain isrelatively flat, gently undulating terrain, gentle hill in micro and flat open terraces,small undulating terrain. There farmland on both sides of the route, ponds, woodlandsand homestead distribution. Old stable roadbed across the board, the road to thecement concrete pavement, through field visits and research found that the proposedroad reconstruction along the main problem is that both sides of the basic urbanization,resulting in poor driving; technical standards low and limited capacity; transportationsecurity presence defects; proposed road reconstruction more people across the board,across multiple market town area, the traffic noise on residents living along both sidesof the rest have some impact, along the road to the existing environmental problemsare mainly noise pollution, vehicle exhaust pollution, no other major environmentalproblems. This paper proposed road reconstruction in the ecological environment,acoustic environment, atmospheric environment, solid waste environment, waterenvironment, social environment during the construction and operation of evaluationand forecasting, provide strong support for the expansion of the correspondingenvironmental programs.
