The content of this paper is an important part of one of declaring projects of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group "The Development of the Automatic Monitoring System of Main Drainage System in Mine"(No.20100819-2).Aiming at the current situation that the main drainage system in coal mine is of backward technology level, high failure rate and low degree in reliability, this system has been developed.The main drainage system is one of the four major coal production systems, draining off the underground gushing water, and its operation status directly affects the entire mine safety. Most domestic mines still adopt relay control method, which is mainly manual control, Consequently, the water level detection accuracy is low, unable to realize real-time monitoring of water inflow, and can not realize scientific scheduling in the process of drainage. A few domestic coal mines have adopted the automatic drainage devices, but with high failure rate, poor reliability, and unsound control function. Therefore, the research and development of complete function, high reliability coal mine automation drainage system of high necessity and practical significance.In this paper, the original main drainage system of Sihe coal mine has been carried based on the detailed investigation. Base on analyzing its working principle, accessing to information domestic and abroad, and its design requirements, the overall framework of the monitoring system has ultimately been determined. In this paper, upper machine is combined with lower machine, upper machine is installed in the ground control center, and lower machine is set in underground pump house.The hardware circuit of the main drainage system is designed. It includes signal acquisition layer hardware design, electrical control box hardware design, console hardware design, ground control center hardware configuration, communication networks hardware design, etc. And I completed the performance test and industrial field debugging of the hardware circuit.According to the overall requirements of this system, the monitoring and control software have been admitted combined with hardware circuit characteristics. Monitoring and control software can be divided into lower machine software and upper machine software. The PLC program and HMI programs are the core of the lower machine software program, mainly to complete data processing, parameters monitoring, real-time control, human-computer interaction and other functions. Using Kingview6.55as the upper machine software configuration software platform and the ACCESS as the database software, upper machine software is mainly responsible for the operation of the storage, statistics and analysis of downhole upload data, event information, operation records, fault alarm information, and can remote control the downhole equipment under the condition of authorized.The experiment platform of the system has set up in laboratory, and the hardware and software of the main drainage system were debugged. Finally, a field industrial test was carried out in Sihe Coal Mine of Jincheng Coal Mining Group. The result of the test has shown that the whole system is reasonable in structure, and the hardware circuit is of high precision and strong anti-interference. The lower machine software is fast and reliable while operating, reasonable design, convenient extension, and sound control function. The upper machine software is with accurate and real-time in status monitoring. The whole system runs stable, with each indicator reached the design requirements, and can satisfy the needs of modern coal mine monitoring.
