Safety is the most important topic during the coal mine production. Comprehensivedispatch and safety system can escort safety for the company. With the moderntechnology level improvement, more and more advanced technology had been applied.However, due to the special working environment and complex implementationconditions in mine, many advanced technology applications had lagged behind otherareas.In the design of safe production dispatch system, the systems include informationmanagement, mine communication, mine gas monitor and control. Via Ethernettransmission, achieved data, voice, video unified management, and effectivelyintegrate the various subsystem. The main work is as follows:1.Analysis the current situation and structure of dispatch and safety productionsystem and research the needs of dispatch and safety production system; determine thedesign of dispatch and safety production system in mine.2.Research the application protocol and wireless LAN network mode of wirelesscommunication module. Analyse the practicality of WIFI technology in the mine;determine the design of wireless communication system which based onWIFI.Constructed transmission network of1000M Ethernet as the transmissionbackbone.At the same time verification the system under simulation environment.Testresult show that the network delay, packet loss rate is low and thetest point stability.3.For the design of information collection system,the information collectionmodule use embedded low-power control equipment(STM32F103) and wirelesstransmitter module H-601send data.After conversion and process the data thatcollected by sensor, send the data to underground wireless access point throughUart-WIFI module H-601.Then transmit the data to the observer through wirelessLAN.Finally is the code debugging and program verification.4.Study on the mine location syetem. Through centroid localization algorithmtheory, propose an improved algorithm-area-division localization algorithm. Andintroduces the centroid localization algorithm process.At last after simulation we can findthe advantage of improved centroid localization algorithm.
