As an important crushing machinery, cone crusher is widely used in the industrialfield of metallurgy, miens, coal and chemical industry and so on. It plays a key role in thecorresponding production process. Periodic inertial forces and moment of inertia whichcaused by eccentric parts in crusher lead to harmful shock and vibration, even affect thenormal operation of the crusher. Therefore, dynamic analysis on crusher and research itsresponse under different loads in various stages has important significance for conecrusher to improve the working reliability and extend the service life.The mechanical model of cone crusher is proposed in order to get the accuratevibrating force, the rotary inertia force and moment of inertia of the expression andcalculation results are given through the study of kinematics and dynamics of the machinecrushing cone. Put forward the dynamic balance conditions of cone crusher which is basedon the dynamic balance theory, analyzes the influence on the discharge opening size ofcones in different movement state. To study vibration isolation of cone crusher, a singledegree of freedom spring mass system is proposed, the natural frequency and thetransmissibility of stress about the vibration isolation system are obtained. The model isverified rationality and accuracy through prepare the calculation of cone crusher ofamplitude and the actual situation, the establishment of the foundation is set up for thestudy of dynamic characteristics of crusher.The finite element model of cone crusher is proposed in order to acquire the dynamicperformance of the equipment: the inherent frequency and vibration type of the main partsand the whole machine are got by modal analysis; vibration rule during working state ofcone crusher is got by harmonic response; transient analysis results show that the vibrationof cone crusher during the start up stage. The dynamic balance model of cone crusher isestablished in order to decrease amplitude in its working stage, considering the weightnumber, whether to lead and use in groups and other factors,a dynamic balance method isproposed to cone crushers through the comparative analysis of different balance ideas.Dynamic analysis results for cone crusher provide the theoretical basis to evaluate the dynamic characteristics and make guiding significance and reference value to the designand optimization of the cone crusher structure.
