Research On Schedule And Quality Control For Palisade Structure Reconstruction Project Of Cold-rolled Pickling Plant

Because of the special cold-rolled pickling production process and structural characteristics, in long-term of production using process, the factory building structure especially palisade structure will appear more and more serious corrosion damage problem, and thus affecting the workshop production environment directly. In order to ensure the safety of the structure of the cold-rolled pickling plant and the using function, to ensure normal production requirements of the environment, it is necessary to reform the palisade structure of cold-rolled pickling plant comprehensively.In this paper, the palisade structure reform project for cold-rollied pickling plant, from the project scope, organization structure and production process outlines, plant structure design form, factory building palisade structure corrosion situation were summarized, based on this cold rolling pickling workshop focuses on analyzing the theory of corrosion palisade structure and the reasons, and puts forward the reform project technical plan, the progress and quality of the project plan and project implementation and the main points of quality control, and the implement the whole process and quality control of the progress of research and exploration.
