Waste material classification recycling is a bottleneck problem. Many researchers have developed a number of machinery and equipment for waste material sorting, but they generally do not have versatility, needing concrete material, concrete properties, studying targeted specific conditions. The studying for pieces of paper material sieving machine is a pre-research project for "waste paper sorting and recycling machinery research and development". It is also the key to success to develop and research such equipment. At present, in domestic most waste paper sorting and recycling in old and discarded products quality, manual sorting of traditional backwardness, this situation is not only low labor efficiency, and poor working environment of workers. Therefore, the research and development of waste paper recycling equipment, adopting the method of mechanization and automation instead of manual sorting process, improving the labor productivity is imminent.By consulting a large number of relevant literature, this paper analyzed single winnowing and vibration sorting advantages and disadvantages, put forward the wind vibration compound separation technology. By the research on the vibration of air separation principle and separation principle, formulated the inclined airflow separation and reciprocating vibration separation combination separation scheme, and applied it for the first time on pieces of paper material sorting.By studying the material stress analysis in the flow field in this paper, getting paper displacement, for calculation and optimization of winnowing channel size and shape to do system research. By analyzing and simulating the flow field of winnowing channel, get a reasonable optimization level section and vertical section of fluid field velocity distribution uniformity, to determine to meet the separation demand of air spaces corresponding cover body shape, making the actual flow field model is consistent with theoretical analysis.On this basis, this paper focuses on the material force analysis condition of vibrating screen surface, and deduces the effect of vibrating screening related to the different pieces of paper relative displacement expression. And system analysis of the movement mechanism of materials on the sieve surface and the corresponding parameters optimization conditions, by the specific parameters, such as pieces of paper and screen the friction coefficient, surface inclination, vibration frequency, and so on, to determine the rang of its parameters and optimized, get a set of reasonable parameter scheme.In the last, this topic carried out the experiment, by analysis the working condition of the wind vibration sorting operation experiment, to study of fectors affecting separation effect. And determine the reasonable range of parameter selection. Using the experimental results contrast to theoretical analysis. It roughly coincides with experimental results and theoretical analysis.
