From the early1970s, the technology of oil and gas recovery processing has played important role in oil storage and environmental protection, which also has been conducted research and promotionby advanced industrial countries. And the legislation on oil and gas emission standards was enacted strictly to control the emission concentration of oil and gas. Since the1980s, our country also began to study the oil and gas recovery technology, and the corresponding specification and emissions targets were put forward at that time. This article first carries on the research on the mainstreamtechnology of the oil and gas recovery, which includes adsorption method, condensation method, absorption method, and oil and gas recovery system of membrane separation. On the basis of the above theoretical analysis and experimental research, it studies the traditional single oil and gas recovery system theory and the advantages and disadvantages in practical application. Through the analysis of the various evaluation index comparison, the author clearly puts forward the proposal of gas recovery technology which combines condensation method and adsorption method. It shows that onexperimental study, the binding of technology in a wide range of work flow can get satisfactory result of recycling. Thus, theory analysis and experimental research on field application proves that the feasibility of the above composite technology for oil and gas recovery plan.In the actual use of oil and gas recovery unit, various factors have been taken into consideration, such as construction and installation costs, processing efficiency, reduced energy consumption, service life, an area, safety, and environmental factors. On the basis on evaluating economic and security, the paper shows that the terminal is suitable for the plan of condensation and adsorption of oil and gas recovery.
