| Since the early70s of the last century, the technology of oil and gas recovery has beenused to reduce oil evaporation loss and prevent oil and gas pollution as the key technology inthe advanced industrial nations. And the oil and gas emissions standard were set by legislationto strictly control the concentration of oil and gas emissions. Since the1980s, China has alsobegun to study oil and gas recovery technology absorption method and also developed normsand emission targets.In this paper，it firstly makes a details research on some major oil and gas recoverytechnology assay, condensation, absorption, membrane separation of oil and gas recoverysystem. On the basis of the above theoretical analysis and experimental research, it points outthe advantages and disadvantages of the theory and practice of traditional single vaporrecovery. Then, on the basis of the analysis and comparison of various evaluation, it clearlyproposes the program of Combination of condensation and adsorption technology which canget a wide range of work flow satisfied with the recovery results in the pilot study stage.Theoretical analysis and experimental studies have demonstrated the feasibility of thisprogram.This paper also carries out that, in the actual selection of the oil and gas recovery unit, avariety of factors are supposed to be considered, such as the the energy consumption,processing efficiency, recovery, service life, and the floor area, use of the safety andenvironmental impact of factors. economic, security evaluation is preferably a fuel depot forthe combination of condensation and adsorption vapor recovery program.
