In oil production, storage and sales process, gasoline easily vaporizes into the atmosphere, thus to cause the gasoline evaporation loss of oil. Gasoline evaporation is not only a waste of resources, but also poses environmental hazards and safety hazards. Gasoline recovery is helpful for environmental protection, safety and conservation of resources; it is still an effective environmental protection activity.Based on the background of evaporation loss of the gas station, with the help of Aspen Plus software simulation and experimental study, work have been completed and the results are in the following:Aspen Plus software has been used in the gasoline recovery with condensation method for process simulation and optimization. Sensitivity analysis to examine the condensing temperature, feeding status, feed composition, the operating pressure influence on the gasoline recovery process, the results show that gas recovery raised with the decrease of condensing temperature. Feed flow temperature and pressure have little influence on the gasoline recovery. However, energy consumption increases with an increase of feed state; In the same condensation temperature, the more the number of carbon atoms of the component is, the higher the recovery rate is; the recovery of oil and energy consumption both increases with the operating pressure increasing.Experimental study on the gasoline recovery with adsorption method was carried out and process parameters were optimized. By screening of adsorbent with different specifications, gasoline recovery is set as target function,3# activated carbon adsorbent with an optimum adsorption effect was determined.Two-step condensation with adsorption method was explored for the integration study on gasoline recovery technology process. On the basis of simulation on the gasoline recovery with condensation, activated carbon was used as an adsorbent for condensation-adsorption method for gasoline recovery process. The desired conditions were determined. Finally, technical and economic analysis was studied on the integration process, the results show that condensation-adsorption method for gasoline recovery process works better in project economy.
