Roving frame is important equipment in cotton spinning factory. With the development of spinning technique, puts forward more requirements on roving frame. In traditional roving frame drive system because the complex structure and the low control accuracy, a serious impact on the further development of roving frame. In order to simplify the transmission system of roving frame, to improve roving frame operating efficiency and the level of mechanical electrical integration, this paper puts forward a transmission model of roving frame grouping system used drive form. The use of PLC technology, CAN bus technology, calculation, motor control technology and a series of technology, the traditional roving frame transmission system has been improved, with the grouping driven form to realize the reform of flyer, bobbin transmission mode.According to the spinning of roving frame, the design of new type roving frame transmission with grouping driven form of control system, the specific contents are as follows:(1) Development status of roving frame and roving frame process and process flow, puts forward the research content.(2) Put forward the grouping driven application form on the roving frame, designed the transmission mode grouping drive roving frame. Analysis of the shortcomings in the main mechanism and working principle of the traditional roving frame; According to the mechanism characteristics of the grouping driven roving frame, and design the control scheme of the grouping driven roving frame. And introduces the use of PLC technology to program, the CAN bus technology, motor control technology etc.(3) Based on the analysis of the advantages and difficulties of implementing the project of grouping driven roving frame, discusses the methods of software and mathematical formula to control the roving winding and forming. The derivation of velocity, position control formula satisfies the requirements of roving frame. According to the formula of logic diagram, write the program.(4) On the basic of the introduction of the characteristics and the vibration mathematical model of synchronous belt, put forward to solve the synchronous belt vibration and servo system with high accuracy, high corresponding contradictions.Design of experiment scheme of synchronous belt, recording and analysis of experimental data, by comparing the experimental results, so as to determine the synchronous belt connecting scheme.(5) Through the prototype operation situation, verify the electrical control scheme of the grouping driven control feasibility in the roving frames, whether the flyer bobbin speed accuracy can meet the requirements of roving frame. Verify the long tendons reverse is timely, roving package shaping meets the requirements, and the quality of the products is in line with the standard.
