In recent years, with the continuous development of the national economy andscience, the productivity levels of various industries in China is rapidly improving.Followed by the production of various life activities, the rapid growth of solid wastegenerated has seriously affected the healthy development of human society and thenatural environment. How to solve the solid waste problem of environmental pollutionin recent years has become an issue of common concern to all countries of the world。Regarded as a solid waste management priorities in environmental protection, recyclingof solid waste has become a widespread concern. The circular economy for themanagement of solid waste and recycling provides a new perspective and direction.Improve the level of comprehensive utilization of solid waste recycling is an importantpart of economic development. If the ability.of solid waste using improves to a higherlevel, we can not only to reduce the risk to the environment, but also to promote thedevelopment of recycling economy effect.Qingdao City is located in China’s eastern coast, is one of major coastal cities inChina. With a favorable investment environment, Qingdao has become an importanteconomic center of the country’s total economic output in cities across the countryranking among the top ten, is the economic Shandong Province leading city. Meanwhile,Qingdao is a typical energy input city, mineral resources are more non-metallic minerals,coal, iron ore and other resources all rely on input.So that the resulting solid wasteproduction in Qingdao city is huge. The solid waste generation of Qingdao in2013hasreached more than820million tons. The management of solid waste and recyclingutilization is very urgent.In this paper, through the different economic sectors, solid waste survey, theoverall situation mastered the Qingdao solid waste, and through statistical survey dataanalysis reveals the kind of Qingdao solid waste, quantity, distribution, use andproblems. The basis for the analysis of the current situation on the Qingdao solid waste,recycling economy and theoretical principles combining material flow, based on the construction of the Qingdao solid waste eco-industrial park were studied.By definition HJ274-2009[1], the industrial ecological garden is based on theconcept of circular economy, industrial ecology principles and cleaning requirementsand construction of a new industrial park. It does this by different factories, businesses,industries linked to provide sustainable service system, the sharing of resources and theexchange of by-products of industrial symbiosis portfolio, establish a "producer-consumer-decomposers" cycle way, seeking matter closed loop recycling energymulti-level use of feedback. In this paper, the significance of information technology inQingdao to build eco-industrial park, purpose, function and role are described, and thesolid waste stream in the investigation, analysis and optimization based on the study ofQingdao Red Star Chemical Plant, Qingdao Haijing Chemical Plant, opportunity tobuild symbiotic system waste exchange between Qingdao Soda Ash Industrial Co., Ltd.by Qingdao steel, lead, zinc, Ltd. Qingdao gold and other industrial enterprises,construction of the eco-industrial park. Papers on the eco-industrial park wasteconsumptive capacity and emission reduction were analyzed the existing problems werestudied, the results show that the eco-industrial park information and resources toimprove the level of resources of solid waste, with significant economic and energysaving effect, the development of waste industry promoted with the use of cyclicdevelopment of the regional economy.
