| CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching) is one of the coke quenching method.when coal is affirmatory,CDQ is a effectively way to improve coke quality.It can increase M40of coke3-8%, decrease M10of coke0.3～0.8%,and decrease moisture of coke enormously. Because of its energy-saving and environment-protecting and its remarkable merit in improving coke quality, CDQ attracts more and more recognition in coking plants.By the ends of2009,more than90CDQ will be put into production in the whole country, dealing with coke up to87million tons. As blast furnace being larger and energy sources price being resonable and laws being stricter, CDQ will have a bright future in China.This essay focus on the feasibility study of CDQ of Shanxi Longmen Lit.Corp. carry out feasibility study mainly from three aspects of technical analysis, economic analysis and risk analysis. With the rapid development of industry and the increasing growth of population, resources and environment problems become two major problems people focus attention upon.
