At present,the iron and steel industry is a major energy consumption in China's industrial field,is the focus of energy conservation and emission reduction.The sintering process energy consumption is second only to the iron making process,which has great potential for energy saving.Sintering waste heat power generation is not only a convert sintering waste heat into electricity energy saving technology,but also to improve the secondary energy utilization rate,energy saving one of the effective measures,lower production costs,and effective way to improve the economic benefit.This article is mainly focused on the Sanan iron and steel sintering waste heat power generation project as the research object,the design of waste heat power generation DCS system is focused on the control system of waste heat power generation project.Mainly including the cabinet design of DCS system,the software and hardware configuration of DCS control station,the configuration design of control logic,the configuration design of HMI(Human Machine Interface)and the on-line debugging of DCS system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,Sanan iron and steel sintering waste heat power generation project requirements,parameters of waste heat boiler,steam turbine generator and power engineering parameters of thermal automation are analyzed,put forward the overall design scheme of DCS system and network architecture,and introduces the DCS system structure and function features.The selection and configuration of the DCS hardware system according to the process size and requirements,design a control cabinet,console and cabinet layout,and the development of the automatic generation of software I/O module cabinet wiring diagram,solve the problem of artificial duplication.Secondly,according to the requirements of waste heat power generation process,the control logic and man-machine interface of DCS are designed.Its control logic,through the logic configuration,the design of a standardized analog function module,driver level function module,the CIS control function module,etc..According to the characteristics of the process and the chain protection requirements,design a data acquisition system(DAS),sequence control system(SCS),analog control system(MCS)and the emergency trip system(ETS),sequence of event(SOE),fault diagnosis system.This paper designs a series of three impulse cascade regulation,which is composed of the liquid level,the steam flow rate and the feed water flow rate.The man-machine interface,according to the process and the functional requirements of the system,design a system of the process interface,and designs the switch equipment,analog equipment operation panel,and alarm function and light plate screen,real-time and historical trend chart,operation report of man-machine interface.Finally,the control system is debugged on the line,and the related equipment is tested.To solve the problems during debugging process of debugging through the improvement and optimization of parameters of analog control and tuning of control logic during the test run,improve the performance of automatic adjustment control system.The system has been running stably and reliably.
