with the rapid development of GIS industry, people require more and more data of geographic information。Because of its faster getting data and accuracy-. being excellent to be processed, airborne laser scanner has been a important way to get data of geographic information. But the data that airborne laser scanner gets is in huge number, so the data cannot be processed in the memory of computer in one time in full number. The way that deal with this problem is breaking the data file into some small ones, and then people can process the smaller data files one by one。In this way, people can successfully process the data using the method of processing data which laser scanners on the ground get. But people cannot look round all data of point cloud, because the data has been broken something down and the memory of computer also holds no brief for this。Through resampling in a large scale, people also can look round data of point cloud, with losing many details. The shortcoming that cannot be looked round limits the using of airborne laser scanner in more area.To solve this problem, this article comes up with a solution including picking up from las file and displaying points. Through studying the methods that others thought, this article using some successful technology and designing some new way by myself, this article successfully practices looking round point cloud in large scale,what is more, the details can also be looked round.Creative points in this article are:1. Using memory mapping, Octree, level of detail, OpenGL technical and method to practice a whle flow from picking up data to looking round point cloud.2. Picking up a new method for acquiring the level of Octree by the data from las file, but not to get through traversal of all points, using the feature of airborne laser scanner point cloud. This method can reduce the using-time of building up Octree obviously and speed up pretreatment of point cloud。3. Only carrying out pretreatment one time, building up interrelation of file through reading interrelation file aftertime。4. Picking up viewpoint sphere method to dispatch file。...
