Optimization Study, Based On The Accessibility Of Regional Spatial Structure

The research of spatial structure emphasizes particularly on the disciplinarian of the mechanism of regional formation and spatial distributing character. It is gradually becoming an important part of region research and has turned into one of the four genres of geography(bionomy genre, sight genre, region genre). In theory, a mode which can made a region gain optimal development and reach its sustainable development is a good regional spatial structure. Taking regional accessibility as the cut-in point, and space-time development as the base, the article explores that the optimization of regional spatial structure based on accessibility in use of the optimization of investment. Meanwhile, it takes JiangXi Province as an example to demonstrate its model. The content of the research mainly includes:1. It puts forward the definition of regional accessibility by the analysis into comparison among three typical accessibility models as Restriction-Duidence model represented by Space-time Restriction Prism of Hagerstrand, Allure Accessibility Model of spatial reciprocity and Benefit Accessibility Model and so on. It furtherly approaches the main factors that inflences regional accessibilty and the ways in trussing of accessibility and regional spatial structure system in support of geography information systerm..2. Though the analysis of the international research on regional spatial structure, it points out the deficiency of the present research. According to this, the article raises kind of new definition to redefine connotation and denotation of regional spatial structure; it presents main quantitive indicators of regional spatial struction in order to improve the commentary model of economy's objective role and it also raises a conceptual model of the space-time evolution.3. By comparing the definition and main factors of the accissibility and regional spatial structure, it points out that accissibility is the one of the inner drive to the space-time evolution of that structure. The evolution in accessibility has the implication of important information of the evolution in regional spatial structure. Therefore, we can use the analysis of regional accessibility to make research on the optimization of regional spatial structure.Ill4. According to the research on accessibility and regional spatial structure, it has set up a regional spatial structure model based on the accessibility and presented the general algorithm of the model.5. As taking the research in JiangXi Province for emample, it analysed the space-time evolution of regional accessibility in JiangXi Province during I990~2000.from which the proportion of distribution in investment was calculated when the regional accessibility reaches its maximum.Then, we could infer that the focal point of development in JiangXi Province now shoule be the dual-nuclei spatial structure composed of NanChang-JiuJiang. Meanwhile ,the investment in the area of JingDe Town, PingXiang,Ganzhou and ShangYao should be enlarged.
