Research And Implement Of Interpretation And Cartography System Based On WebGIS

The advent of the era of the Internet has made the network become the people indispensable part of daily life.In the surveying and mapping industry,the network application dealing with spatial data and sharing of geographic information with the use of network technology is becoming more and more,accompanying with it WebGIS appeared.Network is a great attempt on Web technology combined with traditional geographic information,and it's greatly deepened the understanding of geographic information.At present,the geographic information service data are provided by the network map company unilaterally.Users can only passively accept it,lacking of active map professional interpretation and cartography function,And the current interpreting and mapping of images is mostly done through desktop software.So the purpose of this paper is to combine the two.To establish the system which uses to interpreting and mapping a local image data.And this system also can use for data exchange and sharing of information.This paper is designing and implementing the system based on the principle of service-oriented architecture(SOA).The design of the system adopts B/S mode,using AJAX,WebService,ASP.NET technology of system integration,etc.In this paper,the main work is as follows.(1)By studying the remote sensing interpretation standards and cartographic specifications,the symbol database,decoration databases and annotation databases have been established.(2)By studying the mechanism of image upload server,it provides a data basis for users to interpret image.(3)By studying the principle of AJAX,we design the process of the image interpretation and provide the interface of the image interpretation.(4)By studying how combine the Web Service technology and ArcObjects components,we design the cartography process.And we also encapsulate the business logic of the standardized cartography,providing unified cartography interface.(5)This article realizes image interpretation and standardized cartography system based on WebGIS,providing a platform for users to interpreting and mapping.
