Our country is a steel producers and consumer big country, and crude steel production 10 consecutive years occupies the first. A few years ago, countries steel capacity declined under the influence of the world financial crisis, but China steel capacity grow rapidly under the influence of national policy. The key development of steel industry adjustment is "quantity control, the backward, enterprise restructuring, technical innovation, optimizing the distribution". Steel industry is inevitable fundamental shift from" enlargement quantity" to"the quality" in the macroscopic angle. Good quality steel have relatively high value-added, steel with high quality is the direction of steel and iron industry naturally. Straighter is key equipment in steel line to guarantee the quality of plate, and influences productivity and the quality of plate directly. The developments of straightening technology and straightening machine have a vital role on the quality of plate improving.This topic bases on "full hydraulic pressure straightening experimental platform" in campus. This thesis studies on straighter edge roller adjusted model. Through the analysis of the plate curvature variation in export zones to calculate straightening roll bending quantity and export bottom rollers adjustment quantity and establish roller straighter edge roller adjusted model. Simulating and analyzing the straightening effect of edge roller adjusted model with finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA as the tool.The main research contents of this thesis as follows:(1)Using elastic-plastic deformation bending theory combined with the leveling process of plate deformation and the relationship between the volume and deflection to determine the leveling scheme and the entrance and exit bending quantity of roller leveler.(2)Base on full hydraulic pressure straightening experimental platform of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology analyze the theoretical basis of the model established. Establish the edge roller adjusted model and confirm the plate curvature changes of the export area. Take Q235 steel with thickness of 6mm as an example to calculate the export straightening roll bending and the position of the export of roller adjustment.(3)Analyze the leveling process of plate in export area and describe the curved shape. Combined with the material mechanics simple beam theory analyze the bending moment changes of plate. Zero moment produces some offset in export area, and make sure the export zones zero moment migration range.(4) Establishing the edge roller adjusted model simulation model with dynamics software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Simulate four case of leveling process, and compare the plate roughness and final residual stress to draw the conclusion of the influence of edge roller adjusted model.In short, this paper combines both of methods that theoretical analysis and computer simulation to study roller leveler edge roller adjusted model. Roller leveler edge roller adjusted model is beneficial to formulate rational straightening technology parameters in production site and improve plate straightening quality. This topic of the research has important realistic meaning and theoretical significance to promoting China's roller leveler technology development, raise plate straightening quality, perfect straightening theory and promote the development of straightening equipment.
