With the rapid development of modern manufacturing,the application fields of highstrength plates are becoming more and more extensive.Roller levelers can be used for the leveling of high-strength plates to make them have better straightness and smaller internal stress.It has an indispensable position in the metallurgical industry.Aiming at the problems of unclear leveling mechanism,low leveling efficiency,low leveling accuracy,and difficulty of automation to meet the production requirements.its key technologies are studied in this paper.The main contents include:(1)Based on the analysis of the process flow and the leveling scheme in the leveling process,considering the hardening phenomenon of the plate during the leveling process and the relationship between the stress and strain of the material,the theoretical mathematical model of the leveling process is derived according to the theory of elastoplastic deformation of the plate.including bending moment model,leveling force model,speed model and reduction model.(2)Establish a finite element analysis model of the roller leveling process based on the ABAQUS software,and use this model to analyze the deformation law of the plate during the leveling process,and the influence of the process parameters such as the leveling speed,roll distance,and reduction on the residual stress and flatness of the plate after leveling.(3)Designed an automatic roll changing device,determined the drive mode,transmission mode,and positioning mode of the roll change device,selected and checked the important parts of the roller change device;established the theory of the leveling machine servo pressing system Model,deduced the system transfer function,designed a fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the reduction,and carried out a comparative analysis of fuzzy PID and PID control in MATLAB/Simulink.(4)Analyze the requirements of the leveling machine control system,and design its PLC control system,including hardware selection,I/O port allocation,address allocation,and program design;realize the fuzzy PID control in the PLC based on OPC technology;use the Win CC software to design human-computer interaction interfaces,including the monitoring of the main working conditions,the setting of process parameters,automatic roll change,data recording;finally,on-site testing and debugging.
