Mining reducer often works under low cycle, periodic and alternating load. Its working stress is usually lower than the yied strength of material. The mechanical equipments are easily to produce fatigue damage under this condition for a long while, which would have a significant impact on safety of structure property. In order to guarantee the reliability of mechanical equipments, it is needed to be tested before putting in use. The electro-hydraulic servo (EHS) variable loading testing machine is an important machine which is often used to study mechanical behavior of machinery.Based on the performance requirement of EHS variable loading testing machine, designation, modelling and simulation work are done. This paper has researched and completed the following achievements:This paper has designed the hydraulic system of testing machine and introduced working principle and performance of the machine. Hardware equipments used in the testing machine are also introduced and illustrated in this paper. Every components used in the hydraulic system are modelled by AMESim software. Simulation analysis and parameter optimizations are also carried out. Influence of key components structure parameters on dynamic performance of the testing machine is studied. The best matching parameters and selection bases under different working conditions are found out.According to the characteristics of testing machine’s hardware system and function requirements, programs of real time operation, data analysis, processing and storage are developed. AMESim and Lab VIEW co-simulation model is established and the fuzzy PID controller is also designed and applied. The simulation data and experiment data are analyzed and contrasted.The electro-hydraulic servo testing machine which has been developed and researched in this paper involves many domains, such as hydraulic, electric, control and software. The analysis and study of testing machine provide more practical reference to improve accuracy and dynamic quality of similar equipment.
