With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process, a lot of construction waste has product. The conventional approach of construction waste had environmental pollution、waste of resources and other serious problems. It has already not meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection policy. From the foreign latest development status, construction waste recycling is the most effective way for construction waste recycling, and the equipment for construction waste recycling makes a serious impediment to the process of construction waste. So the development of new innovative construction waste recycling equipment is an urgent need to solve the problem for green development of waste resource.Related concepts of construction waste recycling have been introduced and research situation of both home and abroad has been analyzed. The lack of special screening equipment of construction waste recycling has been proposed. A new set of mobile screening equipment has been designed and structural optimization been conducted. A new design and optimization method of construction waste recycling has been provided and has a major significant on the efficiency improvement of construction waste aggregate screening.The design of structural scheme has been conducted using functional analysis method. Two sets of structural scheme have been decided according to the principle of scheme design. The mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been established and the optimal structural scheme (crawler-type mobile screening station) has been determined using the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In the meantime, the advantages and disadvantages of various indicators have been evaluated to decide the subsequent research direction of this equipment, which is the optimization design of vibrating screen.The design of structural parameters of 200t/h vibrating screen has been completed based on the screen’s working principle, kinematic and dynamic analysis. The optimal vibrating parameters of vibrating screen have been obtained through optimal design process based on the multi-objective optimization method. After the optimization, the power consumption of vibrating screen decreased 13%, the area of screening surface decreased 11% and the mass of screening box decreased 10%.The first ten orders of natural frequency and vibration mode have been obtained by conducting modal analysis on the box structure of vibrating screen using Ansys and danger of resonance been detected. In order to avoid resonance, structural optimization has been conducted. Due to the existence of external excitation force, harmonic response analysis of vibrating screen has been conducted to obtain the amplitude-frequency curve of key nodes. The results indicate no resonance would happen under external excitation force, which proves the validity of the optimized structure. The optimized structure reduced the possibility of fatigue failure and the work noise, the comprehensive performance of mobile screening station of construction waste recycling has been improved.
