Study Of Cooking Fume Pollution Control Technology In Lanzhou City

Cooking Fume pollution has become an important part of city air pollution that can not be ignored,complaints caused by smoke nuisance is not uncommon.Cooking Fume can cause some harm to the cooker’s health,the harm mainly in that it would have some affect in the respiratory system and cause some respiratory diseases.Also over emissions cooking fume may cause serious city air pollution incidents,such as photochemical smog and haze.Present the rate of cooking fume emissions exceeding reached more than 80% in Lanzhou,since the environmental awareness and limited in the economic conditions and many other factors,effective cooking fume purification equipment is not installed in most catering companies in Lanzhou.This study combines research, design and experimental three parts,try to resolve the issue of cooking fume excessive emissions.Monitoring tests selected fume concentration and PAHs as detection index,monitoring points randomly selected 12 catering enterprises in Lanzhou city,using the cooking fume parallel sampler monitor the generation and emission concentration of fume and PAHs.Combine experimental data with mature fume purification method.Design a new fume purification equipment that is applies to the medium and large catering enterprises in Lanzhou and achieve discharge standards and have a effective treatment to the fumeThe new device uses a three-stage fume purification ideas,in the front optimized the filter in order to achieve the initial cleanup;In the middle we used a inertial collision fume purification equipment;In the end use the absorbent material, this is the final step to purification cooking fume, so that the concentration of fume emissions to the minimum.Actual monitoring experiments confirmed that new types of cooking fume purification equipment fume purification efficiency and the concentration of the purified flue gas emissions have reached the national cooking fume emission standards,after through the purification system the cooking fume concentration was reduced to 1.4mg/m3,and the purification efficiency of more than 80%.Investment and operating in this equipment costs moderate,and the equipment’s operation and maintenance is very simple.Overall, this new fume purification system has some practical value and worth promoting.
