| With the continuous development of science and technology, it greatly promoted the development of automated management level in digital oilfield. Pumping Manufacturer designed and developed a series of digital pumping based on the construction of digital oilfield. The key components of digital pumping is its balance adjustment mechanism, to achieve the accurate balance of digital pumping, both systems can reduce energy consumption and achieve a balance of energy-saving, but also to extend the life of using pumping equipment.This paper presents a direct adjustment method about balance which is to find out the best position of the pumping’s counterweight box based on the dynamometer measured in oilfield. So that the pumping can work in equilibrium during operation, to achieve energy saving. This balance adjustment method based on the indicator diagram analysis is based on the principle of balancing about digitized pumping, according to the actual oil well dynamometer data, with digital pumping’s special balancing method, the counterweight moment balance is assumed to derive relationship between horsehead rod load and motor output, and predicting the pumping power curve by the known dynamometer. Then just calculated the difference between the up and down stroke of power consumption by pumping power curve, in order to determine the difference between radius of the balance weight when the pumping unit is in equilibrium and the original state, obtained the radius o f the balance adjustment amount. Furthermore, analysis, judge and compute counterweight box’s moving direction and moving amount while accurately adjusting the balance.It built a bridge between dynamometer and pumping counterweight adjustment by analysis method for dynamometer, and achieve a balance adjustment among different stroke. Although the environment is unattended harsh desert, Gobi region and it provided a guarantee for the pumping’s normal steady work. |
