In recent years, with the rapid growth of Chinese economic and the gathers pace of urbanization, our country’s transportation business has been booming.Affected by terrain conditions in some highland areas,we had to open up the tunnel.It leads to the shallow tunnels through downtown become more and more.But these tunnel projects are limited by terrain conditions, a large part requires the use of blasting construction.In Blasting construction of tunnel at shallow depth, it has a great influence on the stability of the high-speed railway tunnel rock that the quality of blasting construction is good or bad.The greater vibration of blasting vibration makes the problem become more prominent.Thereby it increases the difficulty and risk of blasting construction.With the slightly wrong of construction measures,blasting vibration is likely to lead to the instability of rock and the crack of concrete. Mainly through monitoring the harm to surrounding rock stability caused by seismic effect of blasting vibration,the paper adjusts and optimizes the blasting design parameters, and accurate feedback construction to ensure the security and stability of the surrounding rock during the process of construction. Through the analysis of the test data, it shows that destruction of stability of the surrounding rock is not only related to amplitude,but also is related to the vibration frequency and duration,and has a great relationship with the nature of itself and the cumulative effect of blasting earthquake.the cumulative effect of blasting seismic properties and the rock itself. According to long-kunming passenger line millet slope tunnel in the city of guiyang in Guizhou province as the background, the main achievements are as follows:1.It optimizes the overall blasting construction program.The optimized blasting program is used in the site construction test to get the corresponding blasting construction records and the corresponding value of blasting vibration test.It plays a guiding role in the future construction.2.According to pre-optimized blasting construction program,blasting vibration causes damage to the lining through effecting on surrounding rock.The measured peakof blasting vibration is higher under pre-optimized blasting construction program.It makes closly lining appears cracks; After optimization the site measured peaks of blasting vibration are all less than 1.5m/s.It does not appear obvious cracks after constructing according to this.3.Through optimizing the blasting overall program and blasting design parameters and consolidating the value and the waveform of site blasting vibration test,it can be found that blasting vibration peaks are within the control value and that it is no longer present damage within the control value.Thus optimized program is reasonable and feasible and has guiding significance for the actual project.4.By understanding the the instrument of vibration and investigating The actual site, the preparation arrangement inline of blasting vibration test is reasonable and the select of the instrument of vibration is scientific.
