It is widely recognized by the whole world that Traditional Chinese Medicine are useful to cure cancer. Some Traditional Chinese Medicines, like Hedyotis DiffusaWilld and Herba Scutellariae Barbatae, have been proved to be of high curative effect during a long time. Not only have the effective chemical components of these two medicines been researched, but also the extractions from two Compounds in different extracted situations have been compared as well.Hedyotis DiffusaWilld and Herba Scutellariae Barbatae were extracted by Supercritical fluid extraction COz (SFE- CCh). Then GC-MS was used to analyze the extractions, it was found that the extractions contain a lot of fatty acids and cholesterol which take up 90% in these extractions. It can be proved SFE-COi is more advantage to separate non-polarities fatty acids and cholesterol in Traditional Chinese Medicines. These extractions were separated by column separation method and thin layer chromatography, and the fractions were carried through activity assay according to Methionine aminopeptidaseII(MetAp2). The conclusion is proved certain non-polarities to be of high curative effects on anti-cancers.Two Compounds which contain Hedyotis DiffusaWilld and Herba Scutellariae Barbatae were studied. Compound I contains Hedyotis DiffusaWilld, Herba Scutellariae Barbatae, Lobelia chinensis Lour and Herba Solani Lyrati. Compound II contains Hedyotis DiffusaWilld, Herba Scutellariae Barbatae and RhizoauTTrnperatae. Compounds were extracted respectively with the organic solvents, petroleum ether, chloroform and acetone. After used thin layer chromatography to compare the components from the same extracted situations of the Compounds and respective medicine, we found that the extraction of Compound I, which was extracted with petroleum ether, contains cedrol at first time. Extractions extracted with petroleum ether from Compound II contain Hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester; Pentadecanoic acid; Octadecanoic acid2-oxo-, methyl ester and 3,7,11,15-Tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-l-ol. Hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester is also found in Rhizoam Imperatae extraction extracted with petroleum ether. From the extraction of chloroform, l,l'-(1,3-propanediyl)bis- Benzene is found in Compound I and Lobelia chinensis Lour. It's found Benzenepropanol , N-hydrox-N-(phenylmethyl)-Benzenemethanamine and 3-Phenyl-l-butanol in Compound II extraction of chloroform.
