| The extrusion profiled Aluminum product is widely applied in transportation architecture etc recently because of lightness , high intensity and beautiful model. However die design exists many problems, such as feasibility of design project expression of graphics cause and disposal method of die invalidation etc which are impendent problems to solve. Hence in this paper, research task is based on "the 3-1) structure modeling and the development of software system about die design" , which have a great significance for us to improve the die design methods, efficiency and to lay a good foundation for future Aluminum extrusion die design.This paper firstly discussed current extrusion die design research, worked out the primary dimension of the extrusion die; then, by means of design theory and experience of the Aluminum extrusion die, analyzed and calculated the of geometry parameters by means of MATLAB, intensity theory, optimum design; lastly by using DELPHI program, UG development platform, UG/GRIP tool, developed a special kind of programs which can construct 3D model directly. The results of the programs prove that interfaces of the software is friendly, the operation can easily be done and the 3D picture of the Aluminum extrusion die is vivid, which can be directly loaded by Pro Engineering, Solid work, ANSYS and so on, so that can be applied in more precised intensity check or can form digital control code.The accomplishments of this kind extrusion die is the renovation of traditional die design and will bring off good economic benefits and better prospect for die industry. |
