| Cement clinker calcinations in rotary kiln is characterized by great inertia,big lag and non-linear. Fuzzy control technology, as an intelligent control method,combined with experts' experience and thinking way of human brain, is applied to optimize control of cement kiln to make high quality,high yield and low consumption. Fuzzy controller for different controlled objects of cement kiln system are very similar in framework structure. Therefore, constructing Fuzzy Controller Framework System (FCFS for short) for cement kiln can avoid plenty of repeated work in fuzzy controller program development, greatly improve development efficiency. It has fairy practical significance.System structure of FCFS is designed. The scheme of FCFS for cement kiln, which is consist of fuzzy inference sub-system and fuzzy controller generating sub-system, is proposed. The realization method of fuzzy inference system is researched. It includes creating system, establishing member functions and control rules knowledge base, fuzzy inference operation and making lookup table. The generating mechanism of fuzzy controller is analysed. Framework model of applied fuzzy controller is built. The method of importing lookup table and basic system information is researched, so is the method of generating fuzzy controller program.The characteristic of cement clinker calcination technology in dry process is analysed. Complex multiple variables system relationship of cement rotary kiln and its controlling system realization method are researched. The way of setting up fuzzy controller for controlling the temperature of new suspension preheater (NSP) kiln by using of FCFS is researched. Through system dynamic simulation, a result of stable running status and all right control effect is obtained. The relative error of NSP temperature is below 1.4%. |
