The technique of Explosion Pulping which is widely used at home and abroad gets in-depth study and development . With the innovation of this technique, the study of continuing explosion equipment is going to become one of the main subjects of studying explosion pulping . The feeder is the key device of continuing explosion pulping equipment . In this paper, the methods for designing feeders with screw structure are introduced . We summarize the formulas and ways for calculating sizes of screw slice, including cylindrical screw and tapered screw . The engineering software Pro/E was used to make the 3-D model of the screw . With the help of the ANSYS 10.0, the laws of the stress distribution of screw slice under loads setted was attained . The conclusions could be used as the references for screw slice designing and checking . By analyzing the results, the section of the screw slice was optimized to get reasonable stress distribution and size . Through whole designing, the common designing ways and steps was generalized . |
