The New Hydraulic Support Analysis And Study Of The Dynamic Characteristics Of The One-way Valve System With Fluid Control

Hydraulic support is an important component of coal exploitation equipment. Its hydraulic system is high-pressure system. When the hydraulic supports need unload through one-way valve which controlled by liquid pressure, they will bring exquisite pressure concussion,vibration and yawp the life-span of one-way valve which controlled by liquid pressure and the system of hydraulic support decreased sharply. The urgent problems need to solve for producers and users of hydraulic supports are how to reduce the pressure concussion in the process of hydraulic support system is unloaded and improve the dynamic characteristics.The investigate objection of this task is a new type one-way valve controlled by liquid pressure which developed by Zhengzhou coal mining machinery (group) company. Through the combination of theory and practical work, the practical system of hydraulic support using this new type valve was analyzed. The whole course of setting up mathematics model using power bond was introduced in detail. The reasonable arithmetic——Runge-Kutta Method was chosen according to the characteristics of mathematics model, then got the emulational model using Matlab. The correctness of these models was Validated though designing experiment system and computer testing system. Analyzed the infections to hydraulic support unload system when important parameters of one-way valve changed, some important conclusions about reducing pressure concussion when hydraulic supports unloaded were got.The investigation and analysis about this new type one way valve which controlled by liquid pressure given some valuable conclusions about optimizing structure parameter,heightening its using life-span, reducing the pressure concussion of hydraulic supports unloaded system, given some useful reference information for advanced researches and designs about unloaded system of hydraulic supports.
