A kind of the traffic safety valve used on hydraulic support is designed according to the design theory of overflow valve in this project. The mathematical model of it is established in Band Graph Theory, which is simulated using20-sim software. In the course of the simulation, the dynamic performance of the valve is researched by the means of changing The main spring precompression value、stiffness、Differential area、 mass of valve core、diameter of damping hole. We found that The main spring precompression value、stiffness、Differential area has a big effect on open pressure of the big flow relief valve, the mass of valve core has little effect on the open pressure effect of the big flow relief valve.And then, we modeled the main component of the big flow relief valve by PRO/e,processed the3D model by the Modeler Designer within Ansys Workbench, made up the inner flow area’s3D model, meshed the3D model.Simulate the inner flow area by seting the real boundary conditions and parameter.Pressure cloud map、velocity cloud map、pressure contour map、 velocity vector map is got by the simulation on the inner of the big flow relief valve. Eddy has been found at the opening of the spool core and the shoulder of the spool core, this conclusion offers reference for the design and optimizing of the relief valve.The current traffic safety valve test system of relative shortage in the country. The design of hydraulic support with double-stage unload protection safety valve parameter and performance analysis, based on the design of the hydraulic system principle established for traffic safety valve test system of the pressure and flow model and domestic hydraulic components performance parameter selection of a large flow of safety valve test system.
