Objective:To observe the influence of adjutant therapy of traditional Chinese medicine to TGFβ1,VEGF in AML's marrow supernatants. Methods:30 cases were divided into 2 groups at random,15 cases in treatment group and 15 cases in control group. The routine Western medicine and adjutant therapy of traditional Chinese medicine were administrated to the cases of treatment group. The routine Western medicine was administrated to the cases of control group. Changes of TGFβ1,VEGF in AML's marrow supernatants were detected before and after treatment. Results:We found this therapy can improve TGFβ1 and reduce VEGF in AML's marrow supernatants compared with control group, there were predominant differences (P<0.01). At the same time, we found the total remission rate of treatment group was 80%,compared with control group, there was predominant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions:The adjutant therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is of great value in improving TGFβ1 and reducing VEGF in AML's marrow supernatants.
