Observation Of Supplementing Qi And Nourishing Yin, Clearing Away Heat And Toxic Material, The Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Lotensin On Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:Observation of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, clearing away heatand toxic material, the traditional Chinese medicine combined with Lotensin on earlydiabetic nephropathy (DN) clinical curative effect analysis of intervention,and to exploreits mechanism.Methods: Methods a randomized, controlled,60cases were randomly divided into3groups,20cases in the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicinetreatment group of20cases,20cases of combined traditional Chinese and Westernmedicine. In the case of each group basis glycemic control, treatment group usingYiqiyangyin basis, detoxification, blood circulation Chinese medicine treatment;Westernmedicine group taking Lotensin,10mg,1times per day; integrated traditional Chinese andWestern medicine group with the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine and Westernmedicine treatment, use method and the front of the same. By using the method of clinicalobservation,observation time was8weeks, main outcome measures:the clinicalsymptoms,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, blood pressure, beta2microglobulin (β2-MG), urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), plasminogen activatorinhibitor (PAI-1), tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α).Results: Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine group after the intervention of fasting and postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, bloodlipids, blood pressure, beta2microglobulin (β2-MG), urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),clinical symptom was improved obviously, there is significant difference compared withthe traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group. No adverse reaction wasfound during the test.Conclusion: Supplementing qi and nourishing Yin, clearing away heat and toxicmaterial, the traditional Chinese medicine combined with Lotensin has significanttherapeutic effect in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of Qi and yin deficiencyand heat toxin and blood stasis patients. The method of traditional Chinese medicine andWestern medicine treatment is better than pure, combine traditional Chinese and Westernmedicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy and point out the outlet and new method, themaximum reduce the progression of diabetic nephropathy, the method is worth furtherstudy and clinical application.
