The Clinical Research On Unstable Angina Treated By The Method Of Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin,Clearing Heat-phlegm And Promoting Blood Circulation

Objective:Observing the effect of Jingling Prescription on TCM symptom,angina curative effect,ECG,blood lipids,hemorheology,inflammatory cytokines of unstable angina patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency and Phlegm-heat Stasis in Channels.The clinical research is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of unstable angina treated by the method of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin,clearing heat-phlegm and promoting blood circulation.Methods:40 inclusion-criteria UA patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency and Phlegm-heat Stasis in Channels are randomly divided into treatment group of 20 patients and the control group of 20 cases.The control group gives the western medicine treatment of standardization for 8 weeks,while the treatment group take Jingling Prescription besides Western medicine standardized treatment for 8 weeks too.The clinical efficacy of Jingling Prescription is analyzed by observing and comparingthe the changes in patients’TCM syndrome score,angina curative effect,ECG,blood lipids,hemorheology,inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment.Results:(1)TCM symptom:both groups reduce the TCM clinical symptom score observably after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group total effectiveness is 90%,while the control group is 60%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)angina curative effect:both groups improve the angina curative effect observably after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group total effectiveness is 90%,while the control group is 85%.The treatment group is similar to the control group(P>0.05).(3)Electrocardiogram(ECG):both groups improve the The results of the ECG effect observably after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group total effectiveness is 75%,while the control group is 55%.The the treatment group is similar to the control group(P>0.05).(4)Blood lipids:both groups reduce serum TC、TG and LDL-C observably after treatment(P<0.05),the improving degree in the treatment group is greater than the control group(P<0.05).While both groups can not elevate serum HDL-C after treatment(P>0.05).(5)Hemorheology:both groups reduce whole blood high shear rate、whole blood middle shear rate、whole blood low shear rate and ESR after treatment(P<0.05),and the improving degree in the Jinglin Prescription group is greater than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to control group in reducing of ESR(P<0.05),while others are similar to the control group(P>0.05).(6)inflammatory cytokines:both groups reduce the CRP、IL-6 and TNF-α levels observably after treatment(P<0.05),The improving degree in the treatment group is better than the control group in CRP、IL-6(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jingling Prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of UA with Qi and Yin Deficiency and Phlegm-heat Stasis in Channels.And it can retard angina pectoris curative effect,ECG,blood lipids,hemorheology,inflammatory cytokines.So Jingling Prescription with good drug safety,is a clinically effective prescription treatment of UA.
