Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Acupuncturing "lingtai", "shendao" Points On Premature Beat Of The Heart

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical effect of acupuncturing the "lingtai"(DU10) and "shendao"(DU11) points on premature beat of the heart, compared with acupuncturing only "xuanzhong" (GB39) point, to find which therapeutic action is better by acupuncture. Methods:49 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group with 25 and 24 cases respectively, the treatment group selected "Lingtai"(DU10), "Shendao"(DU11) and perform with specific manipulation. The control group acupuncture bilateral "xuanzhong"(GB39) point with electric stimulation. Each group has a treatment course of 10 days.After a course of treatment,a Holter examination will be gived for the continuous and dynamic observations of two groups of the Holter changes of the patients. Results:The comparison before and after the treatment of the control group had significant difference.(P<0.05), There was significant difference in the comparison before and after the treatment of the control group (P>0.05), the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group rate were 48.00% and 4.17% respectively. The comparison between the treatment group and the control group had significant difference(P<0.05), the therapeutic effect of is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture "lingtai"(DU10) and "shendao"(DU11) point with electric stimulation on premature heart beat had clinical effects, While acupuncture "xuanzhong"(GB39)with electric stimulation to treat premature heart beat basically had no clinical effects. Acupuncture "lingtai"(DU10) and "shendao"(DU11) with electric stimulation to treat premature heart beat had a relative specificity.
